Very interesting arti...I so love reading your blog. Very interesting article on fresh eggs. I clicked on the How to steam eggs and it just looped me back to the homepage. How long do you steam them? Have you ever tried baking them? That works well with fresh eggs, too. Place them across a muffin tin and bake for 30 minutes at *325. Once they are baked, place them in a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process. I leave them in for about 10 minutes. They are SO much better than boiling them. I agree, there is nothing better than fresh eggs. Wish we could have chickens, just for the eggs. <br /><br />Tabby's dress is gorgeous! So happy she is feeling better and getting stronger every day.
