Blog publishing time - 3 hour lag

I don't know if it's something I can fix or not - but when Blogger publishes my posts, the time that appears is 3 hours earlier than it is where I'm at. Just wanted to mention that in case you're trying to figure out a timetable of when some of this stuff is happening.

    It seems like Blogger's default time zone is set to Pacific Time. Try going to Settings > Formatting > Time Zone.
